The Quality of Medical Examinations Mon 18-Apr-05 10:11 AM
The bugbear of anyone who does incapacity benefit appeals... the poorly done medical examination...
I'm looking to add a few different flavours to my submissions on medicals that are not properly conducted. I've found myself repeatedly quoting CSIB/69/2003, CIB/3074/03 and even the infamous 'what rot' of CIB/0908/2003. I'm now looking to see if anyone has found any other Commissioner's decisions that have focused on this problem.
