the link to the DMG in the toolkit doesn't seem to work, all the chapter links lead back to the index.

I could do with a look at either the DMG talking about the de minimis rule and remunerative work or a shuftie at the full working DMG.

link from toolkit works fine this end ..... plus am able to navigate around the dmg no problem
