DLA Tribunal
Wed 25-Feb-09 03:04 PM

slightly unusual problem that I have not come across before. I am support the mother of a deaf child for DLA.
we are appealling non award of DLA. however Mother has agraphobia and says she will not be able to attend the tribunal.
as best option is for appointee and rep to attend does anyone know if i can request a domicillary hearing due to mother's health rather than the claimant?

Then you could get a domiciliary but you will need a very good letter from her doctor.
