maladministration, its a start
Fri 15-Oct-04 11:51 AM |
I am fighting a case for a severly mentally ill client(clinical depression + personality disorder), trying to do too many things at once I feel pulled in so many directions at once!!!!!! Ahhhhhh, better now! He has been mislead by DWP on numerous occasions but has only now come to our attention, consequently he has lost many years benefits and vital support from other areas. I realise this is all too common but I feel all too involved to let this one slip through the net. ?This client is just ill, not stupid and I feel that their being mislead has a malicious undertone to it, if you catch my drift. Client has been denied basic rights as a person let alone benefits and I intend to right this wrong, nice of me I know?! I would like to know if anybody can get the Maladministration document on rightsnet to download as I can't and the office isn't prepared to fork out £22.50 for a manual copy of this document. Anyone had dealings with misinformation by the dwp please point me in their general direction as I would appreciate their help. Thank you
