Bank of England report
Fri 03-Sep-04 04:01 PM

This one may be for shawn
In Community Care Magazine 26August - 1st September in News in Brief
on page 11 it states that the Bank of England has published a report titled
"Health,Disability Insurance and Labour Force Participation"
according to Community Care the report should be able to be seen on the bank of England website .When I search on their site it brings up a link but it says that access is denied and that the document won 't be shown
In the News item of Community Care it states that one of the findings of the report is that the level of disability benefits encouraged more than half a million unskilled men to give up work during the 1990's but it further claims that this trend has peaked now that benefits are less generous.

That is all it said and no indication on how old the report is etc.but I wondered if it would make a worthy news item ?
