Tax credits overpayment guide
Mon 27-Jul-09 12:41 PM

Modesty forbids Victoria Todd from telling you that she has written a guide to tax credit overpayments. I suffer from no such modesty.

It is primarily written for the sufferer (HMRC "customer") but some who do not deal with tax credits on a daily basis may find it helpful too. You can download the pdf from here: http://www.litrg.org.uk/news/index.cfm?id=675

Enjoy.......if that is not a contradiction in terms.

Quite a number of people seemed to have downloaded the pdf of the Guide.

The publishers of the Guide, who were Advicenow, have set up a short survey to test what people liked or didn't like about it.

If you were willing to add your views that would be helpful if we move on to an update.

You can do it here:http://www.advicenow.org.uk/advicenow-guides/problems-with-benefits/tax-credit-overpayments/

Many thanks

John
