Hi All

Just had a phone call from a client who reported a change of address to her local I/S section a few weeks ago she has not received any benefit and when she called them to enquire why her benefit had not been paid she was told they had cancelled her claim by mistake and that she would have to make a fresh claim , which she did they have now refused to backdate claim as she" did not have good reasons to explain late claim"

God give me strength !!!!!!

You just couldn't make it up, could you!
