My mum in law (MIL) is deaf, so i rang on her behalf...usual story,
can i speak to her...
no shes deaf, so cant answer u...
no i have to have her permission....
but she cant hear what you are saying to her....
can you just ask her to make a noise down the phone...
i never knew that a grunt down the phone alleviated all data protection problems!!!!!!!
