What a week eh? Stickler syndrome, Conn's Syndrome, Fibromyalgia - and now a referral from our local Forensic Team in the Big House. Strewth guv'nor, it's a lark innit.

This gentleman has been discharged on a Supervision Order, and suffers from "a pyschopathic disorder" - found to be of diminished responsibility after killed partner, sections 37/ 41 of MHAct '83 - detained in secure hospital, now out as untreatable personality disorder, not a mental illness.

Applies for DLA himself, gets turned down. Cannot care for himself - also has some mobility restrictions, but these relate more to a RTA years ago, so forget that bit - I'm alright with that.

Looking in search engine - can see that Mikey S in The Fenlands had a thread in summer 2004 on "DLA and Supervision", and a Jamantcoo had one on Incap' in December 2004, anything more recent you can point me too?
