I should be certain of this but sometimes you get this doubt creeping in.. I am looking at the tax credit manual under the care and adoption provision relating to Reg 3(1) and also to CPag book page 1261/2
Am I defenitely right in thinking that CTC is to stop from day 1 a child is accommodated under Part III and there is not the 8 weeks absence in care provision as there is for child benefit ?
Also related to that : Is there provision in CTC for a daily rate when children go home on weekends or for trial periods as there used to be or still is in Income Support ?
