URGENT HELP NEEDED

I HAVE AN APEEAL COMING UP FOR DLA MOBILITY, THE CLIENT CONCERNED IS OF RESTRCTED GROWTH, HAS ANYONE ELSE COME ACROSS A CASE LIKE THIS AND IS THERE ANY CASE LAW TO HELP.

I don't know of any caselaw per se relating to restricted growth. I believe it hinges on how the growth restriction affects the individual's ability to self care, walk etc as to which parts of DLA caselaw would help your appeal.

You could try contacting the restricted growth association as their members may have experiences to assist in your appeal.
