I have a Client who is on Incapacity Benefit and his wife wants to give up work. They would be entitled to Income Suport but I was unclear as to whether this would still be the case after the introduction of ESA at the end of October. I realise he will stay on IB but will he still be entitled to Income Support under the old rules?
