DLA & Anger
Tue 18-Apr-06 12:29 PM

Hi,

Is anyone aware of any useful decisions in realtion to (1) losing of temper and (2) outbursts of anger and the need for supervision arising from this? The anger is linked to depression and cluster migraines that cause the claimant to get upset and angry.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Not sure if this helps, but CDLA/3781/2003 discusses supervision outdoors for lower rate mobility to avoid confrontation. Case is about someone with paranoia who was liable to lash out unexpectedly and the need for supervision to calm and talk him down to avoid harm to himself or others.
