Benefits for claimants in residential services
Tue 06-Dec-05 09:33 AM

this is a general query, what types of benefits can people claim when living in residential services accomodation? i.e. care and support

what benefits can't they claim? are there any specific issues surrounding why they can't claim them?

or where could i find the info on this.

regards

brad.

You might want to have a look at the DWP website which has some information. Alternatively, stick "benefits and residential care" into Google and you'll come up with a wholeheap of factsheets and the like from (mainly) LA WRU's on the same.
