Dyer v. Watson [2002] 3 WLR
Tue 17-Feb-04 03:07 PM

This is referred to all over the place as having a discussion of remedies available in cases where there has been a failure under Art6(1) HRA to give a fair hearing within a reasonable time.

Does anyone either have a copy they can send me (02072474725 fax) or know if it is available online.

I cannot find it-

Thanks.

Martin

This is a Scottish Human Rights case. On appeal they go from the
Court of Session to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (You will find it in the devolution section of judgements on the Privy Council web site.

The title you quote is slightly wrong. It is on the site as Procurator -Fiscal for Linlithgow v Watson & Burrows. Dyer was the
PF.
