Dear Santa,

I have been a very good boy this year, bringing justice, social improvement and a subsistance income to the financially excluded, disabled, elderly and young population of Berkshire. Please can I have in my stocking a magic wand or, if that's not possible, a salary commensurate with the stress.

Dear Santa,

I have been a very good girl this year, bringing justice, social improvement and a subsistance income to the financially excluded, disabled, elderly and young population of Newcastle. Please can I have in my stocking a magic LSC till.....similar to a supermarket till but one where you could simply run the new client's case file over the beeper and it would magically complete itself to LSC standards. Dotting every i, crossing every t, putting every miniscule detail in place and finally bringing health, wealth and happiness to the client all in one fell swoop. Oh and if poss an endless supply of Galaxy chocolate would be good !!

Dear Santa,

I have been a good boy this year, prosecuting the criminals who claim benefit when they know they are not entitled to it, and keeping the mean streets of Northumberland clear from those who try to take advantage of the benefit system. Please can I have a shield to protect me from all the flak I am about to get on this forum

hehe, only joking, got to be a bit different now and then just to spice thinks up !

Happy Christmas........

Dear Santa

I have been a good boy this year amongst other things representing clients accused of fraud because of supposed cohab. Notably a woman with learning difficulties asked to repay £70K in IS, HB and CTB who won her appeal when the chair ageed that the investigating fraud officer had misled a witness.

Please wipe out my overdraft.
