hb office must make a decision
Mon 03-Oct-05 02:15 PM

can anyone point me to the regs or guidance that say HB offices must make a decision on a claim by a certain time rather than leaving it in suspense for ever? I can't find it anywhere but I know it exists and came in some time last year. Thanks
