Hi all,

Their Lordships in Hinchy refer to the misrepresentation issue and signing the counterfoil. They indicated it was arguable if it the counterfoil could amount to a misrep, or if it was simply a reciept. Relationship with the Post Office and all that.

It seems from the decision that this point was being remitted (paragraph 36). Can anyone let me know what's happening with this, as it's gonna come up in an appeal I have soon, and I need to be in the know!

Any help would be sweet!
