I need a copy of the decision in the above immigration tribunal case as I'm told it might undermine my subs in a forthcoming hearing before the Commissioner. i'm certainly arguing what I'm told is the exact opposite of the tribunal's findings.
I can't seem to find it on the AIT website (the search facility's not as easy as OSSC, you need the date of decision) and google turns up millions of hits as LC seems to be s judicial term as well.

You're right, i couldn't remember his name but it raised a few eyebrows around the bar last night, people remember it.
The B##ger is that they found he had no permanent r2r after many years residence so my reg 15(1)(a)I(EEA)2006 argument is on scary ground for an econmically inactive EEA national.
Counsel for the Sec State completely contradicts my application for leave to appeal and they agreed... Not fair I say! (nor proportional?)
I can see art 18 EC getting thrown around a lot in a few weeks time...
