Im hoping someone will be able to help me with this one as ive looked in the books and I'm more confused now than when i first started!

I have a client, lone parent in receipt of Income Support, Housing & Council Tax Benefit. She is starting a Diploma in Nursing shortly and will be receiving a Student Nurses Bursary, Initial Expenses, Dependants and Lone Parents Allowance all totalling £10k. She could also be entitled to a Student Loan on top of this.

Does anyone know whether any of this is taken into account for her benefits and if so is all of it taken into account or is there elements disregarded?
