Tribunal training video
Fri 16-Oct-09 01:48 PM

I'm running some training on appeals and I've given up role playing tribunals because I'm not convinced they are that helpful (or maybe I'm just not good enough at organising role plays. Does anyone know of a training video that I could hire or borrow that is any good and which shows a social security appeal?

A number of years ago, there was a Citizens Advice (video) or DVD as we call them these days, that did just that, but that was a long time before the new rules were introduced.

This product may have been updated with regard to the changes and if it has it would probably be owned or available through the CA as part of their advice training courses.

I agree though a product of this nature would be good for both training needs and potentially something that could be shown to an appellant, to dispel the (possibly justified view) that they are attending a court.
