and just a quickie i think ...
cl. is currently on cont. based j.s.a and will shortly move on to income based j.s.a. my query is whether cl. has to wait 39 weeks from the date his income based j.s.a begins, or if he only has to wait 13 ?
my suspicion is that it is only 13 because he has an underlying entitlement to income based j.s.a while on cont. based j.s.a because of his mortgage ...
hmmmmmmm, does this make sense anyone ? ? ?
