A GPFR was carried out which was deemed to be inconclusive. An EMP report was then commissioned. The EMP commented that the decision maker in the case instructed him to consider mobility needs only. The clients care needs are equally significant and important. Where does my client stand. Has decision maker acted unfairly and improperly?

Hi Kevin A copy of the EMP report should, on pages 1-3, disclose what the DM requested of the EMP. Quite often these pages will not be sent to the client/rep.
