I have a client going to appeal needs special adapted car/van to go work in when school/collage rings drops everything and either sorts young adult out straight away or takes to hospital due to client knowing what to do client has open access to ward. Taxi/Ambulance cannot be used due to weight/width of wheelchair and young adult will not respond to anyone else. Pays £12.50 for parking wages just over £79.00 once parking taken into account below £79.00.Client could walk to work if this was not the scenario. Have looked at CG 4024/2001.
