DLA and post traumatic stress disorder

I have a client that is currently going to appeal against the decision to refuse his claim for DLA. The client is a war veteran who has been diagnosed with PTSD and it's associated problems (depression, mental health issues, etc). He is in receipt of a war disablement pension so his condition has been recognised by the veterans agency. Anyone any advice/information etc about how best to prepare this client for appeal?
