Did anyone get anywhere with requesting service level agreements/procedures between IR and DWP/LAs, particularly around sharing information/changes of circs? I have an HB overpayment appeal, that would be a Hinchy lookalike except involves tax credits. I know this was mentioned yonks ago on various threads, and I don't want to reinvent the wheel if some kind person already has one. Here's hoping
