Just heard that HMRC introducing a new policy which will require tax credit recipients to sign and return their award notices. I suppose this is an attempt to address overpayment problem - but would have through that there needs to be a radical overhaul of the award notice before taking this step - also unclear as to the repercussions of failure to sign and return the notice. Wonder has anyone else heard anything on this?
