Can anyone advise or suggest an organisation that might help a family from Zambia. The couple have to work a number of years (they have worked two years so far) before they can have access to public funds. Their young child in is hospital with a serious illness and they have needed to reduce their working hours to be with their child. Hence they cannot meet the rent etc. Are there any compassionate grounds for claiming housing benefit and also DLA and tax credits? Any advice would be much appreciated
