Whether "bodily function" includes function of the mind
Wed 10-May-06 07:42 AM

Has anyone else had a chance to read through CDLA/2974/2004?
It's primarily a decision on an under 16yr old but contains and interesting decision on whether "bodily function" includes function of the mind following Regina v Ireland.

See CSDLA/133/05 now available at:

http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=106&topic_id=1486#1764

Quote from Paragraph 13: "First, the functions of the brain are included within the term "bodily functions."
