In 2003/2004 my client received WTC payments directly into her salary and also into her bank account from the TCO; as a result she has a massive OP. Cl is now on IS & DLA following a RTA, no tax credits and so 'claw back' from current award is not possible.
TCO admit that they made an error but still want OP paid back as cl shoudl have noticed etc etc. Award letters, of which they are +++, are conflicting and confusing.
