Electronic payments are generally more efficient and secure than payment by post." nothing, for example, about their Code of Practice on recovery of tax credit overpayments ..... the only codes they refer to are Codes of Practice 6 'Collection of Tax' and Codes of Practice 7 'Collection of amounts due from employers and contractors in construction industry'
