Wed 01-Apr-09 03:27 PM

Client and partner live with 2 adult children,, youngest 19, the other is 31 and is in receipt of mid care like clients partner.

For the purposes of calculating LHA how many bedrooms will be included?

Thanks in advance,

The size creteria is

One bedroom for
a every adult couple
b any other adult aged 16 or over
c any two children of the same sex
d any two children regardless of sex under age 10
e any other child
f to a maximum of five bedroom for LHA entitlement purposes

So, assuming they are all part of the same household, the answer to your question is 3.
