we've today added a link to rightsnet 'briefcase' to the navigation bar that appears at the top of every page of the site ... we hope that this will make it easier to find and access the page

we're pleased to report that we're now in the final stages of development, and, in response to your feedback, the new area will -

• be fully searchable, by benefit, date, reference number etc;
  
• offer a free text search of the summary itself – so for example you could search for 'cooking test', or 'failure to disclose' or 'housing benefit regulation 7';
  
• mean that we will be able to cross reference newly published summaries with related summaries and older decisions; and
  
• ensure that, on a decision being reported, summaries will display both the unreported and reported reference numbers.
