If a claimant was overpaid Tax Credits last year and is in receipt of WTC but not CTC this year, do similar rules apply as in CTC cases in respect the extent to which the continuing award would be reduced to recover the overpayment? ie would payments cease if ongoing WTC entitlement is equal to or less than Family Element rate of CTC?
