legislation
Wed 01-Dec-04 02:58 PM

Hi all!

A colleague of mine has a case where he has a copy of the child benefit and guardians allowance miscellaneous amendment regulations 2004.

This amends the child benefit and guardians allowance (administration) regulations 2003.

However, these regs are not in our law books and I cannot find them online.

Do they exist? Can anyone help me to find them?

All help appreciated.

Regards
Paul.

If its the The Child Benefit and Guardian\'s Allowance (Administration) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (SI. No. 1945) they are available online via the www.legislation.hmso.gov.uk website.

SI 2003 No. 492
The Child Benefit and Guardian's Allowance (Administration) Regulations 2003

they're on our CD-Rom or you should be able to find them on HMSO

I'm replying to myself. You want the Miscellaneous Amendments 2004 which is No. 761. Why do I suddenly feel like a trainspotter?

Many thanks
