Does anyone have any info whether Jobcentre + staff can access and change tax credit details on computer, and whether Jobcentres issue tax credit forms?
I know there was a plan they should be able to change info (in the same way as they used to with the old tax credits) but last I heard this wasn't being implemented till the software had settled down.
