We're still in dispute with the IR for a number of clients in respect of overpayments. The two i'm thinking of in particular have had the letter "we know we made a mistake but we still want the money back."
These two clients have both had demands for payment - despite the on-going dispute regarding recovery.
I have contacted our local MP's office as i keep them up to date about all tax credits problems, however i feel our MP's office are struggling to advise us what to do next.
