Cl has received notifaction from her motability scheme that she cannot renew her hire purchase agreement becuase she has claimed too many times on her insurance policy over the past 5 yrs.

Just wondering if this has happened to any other clients out there. She has the right to have a review but Im not sure what details we can put down.

Also having problems with regards to mob but on different grounds. Client was getting DLA HRM and making use of the mobility scheme. The client keep asking for the awards to be exstented and had done this on a number of occasions. Twice the clients request was allowed but then they decided to review the over all benefit. The client lost everything. She is currently going for appeal of this but given her age she can not apply for the benefit and would have to look for AA. The client does not want to do this as she wants her mob back,Could the client apply for AA and if the appeal is allowed go back to DLA. Very unsure if the client should go ahead with the appeal. Can anyone help.
