Kafka the real Tax Credit supremo?
Thu 05-Aug-04 12:37 PM

Seem to remember a fairly recent thread suggesting that Gordon Brown was really Franz Kafka in disguise. Now here's the proof. I've just spoken to a client who has been told that there was a large overpayment, but that she wasn't told of changes to her payments last December because the "Stop correspondence" box in her file had been ticked.
Anyone know anything about a "Stop Correspondence" box?
Please don't refer me to page 216 of "The Trial"...

As Mr Kafka famously put it..."All human errors are impatience, a premature breaking off of methodical procedure, an apparent fencing-in of what is apparently at issue".

Scary, or what?!
