I have a client who is setting up a trust (through a solicitor) after a payout from a personal injury claim.

Client has two queries:
1) is it possible to replace a trustee with a different trustee?
2) if part of the sum was put in a long term account, where notice was required to access the funds, could that also go in the names of the trustees?
