Are Written Statement of Reasons no more? I have been advised by a Decision Maker at the Birmingham DBC that they no longer exist prior to cases being heard at Tribunal and have been replaced by the Ent1 letters. I am somewhat mystified as I continue to receive both documents. Is there any guidance out there? The Ent1 letters are generally very vague and completely unheplful. All advice appreciated.

They do still exist, I was told the same by Bristol DBC when the ENT1 came out, but they've continued to send statements out and when pushed confirmed that they were wrong.
