I attend the Inland Revenue Tax Credit Consultative meetings and along with other people am trying to get the Inland Revenue to recognise the impact on child poverty when they put high recovery rates onto ongoing claims. I am therefore interested to hear of examples of this happening. In particular I am interested in examples of people who are getting Income Support or income-based JSA but whose CTC is significantly reduced (or not in payment at all - we've come across some like this) because of overpayment recovery.
