I'm dealing with a case at the moment where claimants have sent in annual declaration information before the final deadline of 31/1/2007. At the moment the IR seem to be ignoring it - the info seems to have been passed to the Overpayment Dispute Team and not treated as an AD.

Not sure what to do in these circumstances. Talking to the helpline gets me nowhere, letters ignored and if they won't make a decision that they either accept or don't accept the AD I don't seem to have anything to appeal against.

Any thoughts?

(Dispute is in progress as well, btw.)
