Just a point of interest, has anyone else seen an increase in clients not having their expected payments made into their PO accounts over the last week?
Have been chasing between the PO Accounts Section and the Pension Service for at least 4 clients this week. Pension Service saying that the payment has been issued, PO saying it has not, and both claiming that the other side in the transaction will not talk directly to them. PO helpline also indicated that the failure to 'complete the transaction is often down to the Pension Service Bankers'.
Many of the clients I've seen have been phoning up to 3 and 4 times per day to try and track the payment. Anyone know of a 'advice workers' direct dial number for either the Pension Service or PO Banking?
