Client has shared care and gets ctc but not cb. Therefore no dep allowance or family premium in benefit calcs. As he's on IB this has a big impact on his award.

I currently have a stayed appeal awaiting a decion on other similar cases currently before the commissioer.

Has anyone heard anything about these cases?

My understanding is that several such cases are still under consideration by Cmmrs (now Upper Tribunal). One or two have been outstanding for months and months. So, you're not going mad - it's just taking an eternity....

Looks like it'll be yet another renewal DHP application then - 5th now I think...same income and expendure details..same reasons...same decision.

How can I find a list of stayed appeals? last time I checked the Tribunal Service website there were no current stayed cases.
