Just checking my understanding of The Working Tax Credit (Entitlement and Maximum Rate) Regulations 2002 (amended 2003). Reg 5 & 6.
If working & go on to Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Sick Pay you are treated as still in remunerative work as long as they were engaged in qualifying remunerative work immediately before hand. This means that if you move from SMP to SSP you will not be treated as in remunerative work as you were not actually engaged in such work immediately before the SSP started?
