Present wrappers, decoration packers and Christmas tree fellers are all jobs available from Jobcentre Plus this winter ...

Extract from the press release:

"The poll, carried out amongst visitors to the Jobcentre Plus website, revealed that the top ‘soft skills’ used at Christmas are:

budgeting (69%)
careful planning (40%)
problem-solving (40%)
negotiating and managing family arguments and relationships (22%) "


Strangely (or not), these are the skills needed when being left destitute by Jobcentre plus and the DWP...

It puts me in mind of the sort of jobs they used to suggest clients could do when found capable of work prior to the PCA & AWT. Chocolate Bear Builder is my particular favorite!
