Hi All,
I have a customer, a single man with deduction from earining order insitu to recover arrears (£6000+) of child support and ongoing maintenance in total he is almost paying £300 per month. He has rent arrears and other debts.
I asked the CSA to reduce the amount deducted for the arrears and they will not budge.
Any ideas/suggestions will be very much apprecaited.
