CIS 1471 2007
Mon 28-Jul-08 02:43 PM

This case seems to be listed for an oral hearing before a tribunal of Commrs and may well cause a case of mine, also heard orally recently to be stayed.

The case concerns the scope of reg 15(1) I(EEA)2006 and the scope of teh Baumbast test.

If the rep's out there would you be willing to stick your hand up?

I'll try this one more time.

I have a number of cases that will possibly be affected by this case, at least one of which is suffering considerable hardship that might be alleviated by a quick tribunal decision. I could really do with knowing the circumstances of the appellant in order that I can either distinguish the cases or make a staying application.

I know the Legal Officer at Comm'rs office has asked you to contact me and I'll be pursuing this matter through them again soon, but it could do with airing so's people can get on with their lives.

Please stick your hand up!
