I think they look suitably austere. Hard to see it for the thriving centre of knowledge about European law which it no doubt is.

Presumably after the end of the accession period several workers there will be grazing upon it.

Mind you we don't even have a patch of grass and it is likely that Carter reforms will see us grazing well before then.

Mind you, Loch Watten is only down the road - some absolutely blinding trout to be had on the fly there. And the Poles are an absolute wonder with a Czech nymph - maybe there's better options than "grazing" even now......
